The service is provided as is. By using it you agree that you do so at your own risk and accept the terms below.

1. General
This document is a public offer to use the service on the terms set out here. The agreement is accepted by any use of the service: opening a page, uploading a file, signing up or paying. No separate signature is required. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.
2. The service is provided as is
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant: uninterrupted or error-free operation; availability at any given time; the accuracy, completeness or fitness of a result for any purpose; compatibility of a result with any particular machine or software; preservation of uploaded files and results; absence of errors in the geometry; or that features, limits and prices will stay unchanged. No information on the site, in correspondence or in the bots creates any warranty not expressly stated in this document.
3. Use at your own risk
All use of the service and its results is solely at your own risk. The entire risk as to the quality and application of a result rests with you. A conversion result is geometry produced automatically from your file. Checking the file before nesting, cutting, engraving or any other use is entirely your responsibility. We are not liable for wasted material, damaged equipment, defective parts, missed deadlines, wrong dimensions or any other consequence of using a result. The service is not an engineering, design or expert service and does not replace review by a specialist.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any damages, including lost profit, loss of data, production downtime, damage to reputation, or any indirect or incidental damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the service. Where liability nevertheless arises, its total amount across all claims is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the last paid subscription period. For users of the free features that amount is zero. The limitations in this section apply only to the extent they do not conflict with mandatory consumer protection law.
5. Files and their preservation
The service is not a storage, an archive or a backup facility. Uploaded files and results are deleted automatically and may also be removed at any time for technical reasons. The only copy of a file that matters to you must not live in the service. Keeping your own sources and results is your responsibility.
6. Rights to uploaded content
By uploading an image, text or any other file you confirm that you hold all rights necessary to use and process it. We do not verify the legal status of uploaded material and are not liable for infringement of third-party rights. If claims are brought against us in connection with material you uploaded, you undertake to settle them yourself and to reimburse our costs. We claim no rights to the conversion result itself: it is yours to the same extent as the source file is.
7. Payment, subscription and refunds
Subscriptions are paid through a third-party payment service. Card details are entered on its side; we never receive or store them. We are not responsible for the operation of that service. A subscription lasts 30 days from confirmation of payment. Paying before the current period ends adds time to the remainder. There is no automatic renewal. A refund is issued only where a paid subscription was not provided through our fault. Not using a paid subscription, dissatisfaction with a conversion result, incompatibility of a result with your equipment, or a change of your plans are not grounds for a refund. Requests are sent to the support address and reviewed within 10 business days. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by this section.
8. Changing or discontinuing the service
We may at any time and without prior notice change the set of features, limits, prices and plan terms, suspend the service, or discontinue it entirely. We may restrict or terminate a user's access without stating a reason — in particular in case of attempts to bypass limits, automated load, uploading content prohibited by law, or actions interfering with the service and other users. If the service is discontinued, the unused remainder of a paid subscription is refunded pro rata; no other compensation is provided.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Changes take effect upon publication. By continuing to use the service after publication you accept the new version. Keeping track of the current version is your responsibility.
