90 is virtually lossless, 70 is noticeably lighter. For photos 80 is usually enough.

The formats phones shoot in and websites serve do not open everywhere: Windows does not read HEIC, and many editors and print shops refuse WEBP and AVIF. This converter turns them into ordinary JPG and PNG — the picture stays the same, but you can work with it anywhere. You can also make a photo lighter before sending it and fit it into the exact pixel size you need.

Which formats are supported?

Is it free?
Yes. A few conversions a day work without an account, a free sign-up raises the limit, and paid plans have no image limit at all.
What happens to my files?
The file is converted on the server and deleted automatically according to your plan's retention period. We add no watermarks and publish nothing.
Which quality should I choose?
For photos 80–90 looks identical to the eye and saves a lot of weight. Below 60 artefacts appear on smooth gradients; for PNG the slider does nothing, as that format is lossless.
