90 is virtually lossless, 70 is noticeably lighter. For photos 80 is usually enough.
The image is fitted into a square of this side, proportions are kept.
Files are deleted automatically according to your plan's retention period.
Image requirements are almost always given in pixels: an avatar, a cover, an attachment in a form. Here you can fit an image into a square of a given side — proportions are kept — or set an exact width and height. Give one side only and the other is calculated for you. You can change the format and quality at the same time so that the file fits a size limit.

We also make DXF for laser cutting
Our main tool turns a picture into contours: upload a logo or a silhouette, set the size in millimetres and get a DXF that goes straight to a laser or plasma machine. CUT layer, closed polylines, units in millimetres.
Frequently asked questions
- Are proportions kept?
- Yes, if you choose “Fit into a square” or give one side only. With an exact width and height the picture is stretched to those dimensions.
- Can I enlarge a small picture?
- Technically yes, but it will not add sharpness: the missing pixels are computed, not recovered. A larger original is always better.
- Will the quality change?
- Downscaling uses a smoothing algorithm and looks clean. Beyond that, the compression slider affects quality.
